These terms govern your use of ragondin.dev. They are not the terms of any engagement with us. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing on this website forms a contract or an offer to contract.

This site is operated by Ragondin Dev Inc., a Delaware C corporation registered at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

Using this site

You may read this site, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or anything connected to it, interfere with its operation, or submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading about who you are.

Ownership

The text, design, code, illustrations and photographs on this site belong to us or to our clients, and are protected by copyright. The names Ragondin Dev, Ragondin Code and Ragondin AI, and our logo, are our marks. Client names, product names and logos shown in our work section belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe work we performed.

The status of what we publish

Articles and technical notes on this site describe our own experience at the time of writing. Software, hardware and model landscapes change quickly, and something accurate in one month may be wrong the next. Treat what you read here as an account of what we found, not as advice for your situation, and test it yourself before relying on it.

Figures describing our work, such as user counts and volumes, are drawn from products built by our team for clients, ventures and our own portfolio. They describe outcomes achieved in particular circumstances and are not a promise of comparable results.

Links to other sites

We link to client sites, app store listings and our own separate products. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability

We make no promise that this site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Limits of liability

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
